Do feminists think abortion should be limited in countries where babies are aborted if they girls and not boys?

No. Limiting abortion in such countries doesn't take away the real issue there, which is that girls are viewed as inferior to the extent that knowing the sex of a fetus is female serves as a good reason all by itself to terminate a pregnancy. Outright limiting abortion just means that female babies will be born into a world where they'll encounter all sorts of issues because of their gender; doing something to change attitudes so that abortion isn't considered the only option purely because the baby will be a girl is a far better way of going about dealing with this situation.
