Why was FedEx so worried about the Employee Free Choice Act?
Because they're not fools. The part you (and the article) don't mention is that the EFCA would give the union bosses exactly what they've been wanting for years. The end of secret ballots. Real 'American' of them eh. And the teamsters accusing anyone of blackmail is laughable.
