Will they never stop spending - New middle east spending ?

Not to fear dear one...the man is lost in space and he's just talking out of his ****.....He knows he's failed with his divided Health Care plan because he's had to call in the "Doctors" to restore it...So , to take the focus off of this, he's trying to entertain or distract us in another area....A common ploy we've become very familiar with these days...Many a Pres. have attempted it, but timing is of the essence and no one better than Obama to attempt this trick...We're not falling for it.
