What does it mean? help!?

Everytime I talk to my best guy mate, he'll end up looking down at my lips. he'll do it every 10 seconds until he talks and then doesnt look away from my eyes when he talks. also when he hugs me it's a nice cwtchy cozy hug and recently he started doing a swaying from side to side hug. he always compliments my hair. does this mean anything or am I overthinking? haha sorry but any advice would be great! btw I'm a girl :)
