Are Parts for the 1997 Acura EL and 1997-8 Honda civic the same?

It is essentially a Civic, and the only differences are trim and bodywork, so I think it should share the chassis parts. Just to be sure, call an Acura dealer in Canada and get the part number for the front sway bar. Then get the part number for the Civic's sway bar. If they are the same you should be good to go.
