GERMANSHEPARD - IM 15 PLEASE HELP?

y dog threw up 4 times of clear liquid with nothing in it and now he wont eat or drink. i know your all going to say take him to the vet but there closed at the moment im 15 and my past lab we had to put him down 3 months ago i dont want to loose another dog . -- DOG IS 8 MONTHS - GERMAN SHEPARD WITH LAB AND BOXER. HE EATS EVERYTHING HE CAN GET AHOLD OF. please help/
