What do you think of Roger Goodell?

It occurred to me that although there are plenty of opinion pieces about Roger Goodell's PR strategies on the Internet, most recently his letter to the WSJ, there don't seem to be any polls asking for opinions of Goodell from people who aren't published writers. So I'm creating one here. Fire away on Roger Goodell, everybody.
